The Role: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber, experienced, and driven Marketing Manager to take the helm of our marketing operations. Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our properties in Asaba and surrounding areas, including Grand Manor Estate and Pinnacle Smart City.
• ✓ Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• ✓ Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth investors, diaspora clients, and corporate clients.
• ✓ Brand Stewardship: Oversee the company's brand presence to ensure it reflects our core values of integrity and professionalism.
• ✓ Market Intelligence: Track market trends in Delta State to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a specific profile. To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• ✓ Proven Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Marketing Management within the Nigerian Real Estate sector (land/property sales is non-negotiable).
• ✓ Local Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the Asaba/Delta State real estate landscape. You must know the terrain, the buyers, and the competition.
• ✓ Proven Track Record: Must be able to demonstrate previous sales success and team leadership with verifiable references.
• ✓ Leadership Skills: A natural leader who can motivate a team to exceed targets.
• ✓ Digital Acumen: Excellent communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills (social media, CRM, content creation).
