Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need a real estate background. You do need curiosity, clarity of thought, and a willingness to learn. We’ve designed this role for a self-starter who can manage tasks remotely and communicate with polish.

• Strong written and verbal communication – you’ll draft client updates, blog posts, and social content.
• Digital fluency – comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and learning new dashboards quickly.
• Organised and dependable – you’ll track investor queries, schedule follow-ups, and keep our content calendar alive.
• Interest in investment or property – a plus, but not a requirement. We’ll teach you everything about secure land banking.
• Currently based in Nigeria – this is a remote role, but our operations are Nigerian, and you’ll be supporting local and diaspora clients.

A Day in the Life (Remote Edition)

After logging in from your preferred workspace, you might spend the morning responding to investor inquiries and updating our knowledge base. By midday, you’re reviewing a batch of drone survey images for our Pinnacle Smart City clients and drafting a short market update. Afternoon could involve joining a virtual team huddle, then preparing a newsletter segment that explains how our EasyPay plan works for diaspora buyers. At every step, you’re building skills that transfer directly into high-value roles in real estate, fintech, and digital client management.
